This website is one of the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Alès Cévennes (the 'CCI') websites. Its purpose is to provide relevant and up to date information on tourism in Cévennes and to improve the general commercial presentation of the tourist offers for the destination of Cévennes. Applicable law
Use of this site an its services is governed exclusively by French law irrespective of where it is used.

Jurisdiction
In the event of litigation and in the absence of a negotiated settlement, the CCI and the user will submit the case to the competent French courts who have exclusive jurisdiction including hearings in chambers or when the defenders are several.
