The Silk Museum introduces visitors to silkworm rearing at all stages of the cycle (from April to October) in a reconstructed silkworm nursery, its ingenious machinery and magnificent know-how.
Guided tours are offered on a regular basis, and two archive films on silkworm breeding complete the visit.
Contemporary textile design is showcased with a seasonal exhibition and a boutique featuring local craftsmen and designers, which also houses the Soieries des Cévennes sales area.
