In the artisanal distillery at the gates of the Cevennes, Antoine Restencourt will tell you his way of producing Cevennes whisky, his eco-responsible approach, some parts of the history of the spirit... Come and taste the different malts (organic) used

Camisard whisky is currently the only whisky from the Cevennes.

It is made from malted barley, aged in oak barrels and then finished in chestnut barrels, which gives it woody, sweet and wild notes at the same time.

Classic single malt, smoked, peaty... the range of whiskies produced at the distillery of Camisards is varied, and will be completed by a very limited annual series, which will propose original recipes and ageing.
