Simon LE BERRE works 5ha of vines mainly with his horse in organic farming. There is also 1ha of olive trees worked in collective with a group of friends and meadows for the horse and the sheep.

The domain is located in the commune of Martignargues, next to Vézénobres.

Simon works in organic agriculture in order to respect the environment as much as possible, but also the people who come to help him. Sentus, the horse, takes part in the activities of the domain and carries out after Simon the tasks in the vineyards.
