The saffron farm is located on the Moulières plateau at the gateway to the Cévennes. As well as being sold at markets and retailers, they also sell at their home in Saumane. On-site tasting available! Give them a call!

Saffron producers on the heights of Anduze, come and discover their exceptional products made with 1st category saffron: organic saffron filaments, organic saffron syrup, pure acacia honey with saffron, as well as "Stigmate" a saffron beer, Doré a Cévennes pear & saffron liqueur, and their dry and sweet white wines flavored with saffron.
Sale in Saumane by appointment all year round for products and from May to August for bulbs.
