    St Just is an agricultural commune where 70% of its territory is occupied by forest and scrubland. It is also turned towards tourism, thanks to the attractiveness of its landscapes, the preservation and faithful restoration of the ancient habitat: church, Saint-Just temple built in 1861, Vacquières castle and two imposing masonry vaulted viaducts of the old railway.

    NATURAL HERITAGE
    On the commune of St Just and Vacquières is one of the last French artisanal distilleries. The Bel Air distillery transforms and markets organic essential oils. The distillery works in partnership with farmers who grow organic aromatic and medicinal plants (PPAM).

    The Bel Air distillery places at the heart of its values: the transmission, the safeguarding of the biodiversity, the requirement of quality of the aromatic products and the short circuits.
    Their essential oils and organic hydrolats are sold on their online store and in the store at the Farm. Distillations open to the public, guided tours or autonomous route.
