Three canoe and kayak itineraries take you down the Hérault gorges: a family descent suitable for children and families, and a more challenging descent with numerous rapids, and the full descent combining these 2 routes.
There are three canoe and kayak routes down the Hérault gorges: a 9km family descent (from Saint Bauzille de Putois to Aubanel), which takes around 2h30 without a break.
A more technical descent over numerous rapids (from Ganges to Saint Bauzille de Putois). Around 6km in the gorges, to be completed in around 1h30 without a break.
And a 15km "adventure" descent from Ganges to Aubanel, which takes around 4 hours without a break.
