Spirulina is one of the oldest micro-organisms in the world.
It grows naturally in brackish and basic water lakes, rich in minerals. It is cultivated all over the world, in France, for about twenty years. It is known for its benefits and consumed by sportsmen, vegetarians, tired, old people, people practicing fasting or wishing to improve their food balance.
You will visit the farm and its ponds. You will discover the history of spirulina, the method of cultivation and the different stages of production practiced. The process is artisanal however very pointed. A quality spirulina must be respected throughout the process of shaping.

animals are accepted outside the greenhouses and premises.
