The Cévennes star

It offers many workshops, training courses, animations as well as planetarium sessions and discovery of the sky through observation, using the astronomical instruments of the association.

L'Étoile Cévenole is for all audiences: children, youth and adults, schoolchildren, amateurs and the general public.
L'Étoile Cévenole has for vocation to intervene with all publics to animate evenings of observation, information sessions, debates, conferences,...
Astronomy is science, mathematics, history, geography, technology, physics, a whole panoply of knowledge whose goal is to awaken curiosity, to give the taste of discovery.

The association can, in particular, intervene in establishments receiving a school public (summer camps, schools, colleges, ...) in order to set up various pedagogical actions (interdisciplinary projects, sessions of sensitization, information, observation,...)

The Astronomy Club
The heart of our association is made of amateur astronomers, confirmed or neophytes. We also welcome all persons attracted by astronomy in order to exchange ideas, progress in knowledge and contemplate the objects of the sky.
The club meets one Saturday per month. The meeting is followed by an observation of the sky when the weather allows it. If you want to join us go to the registration tab and fill out the form.
The membership fee is : 40 euros per year and 30 euros for those under 18 years old.
