Various self-guided itineraries are available: booking recommended via louloubateaux.com.
- 1/2 day or more: Mini-descente (8km), and Maxi-Mini (12km) return trips of your choice, unlimited duration, ideal for discovering the activity at your own pace.
- By day: La Réserve Naturelle (24km) or l'intégrale (32km), sporty descents in a grandiose setting.
- Over 2 days: bivouacking for those who want to take their time.
For families aged 5 and over, 1/2 day: Supervised mini-descent of the Ardèche.
