After restoring an old farmhouse and restarting a farming activity, she now carefully cultivates 3 hectares of diversified orchards (apple, cherry, peach, fig, raspberry...). She has also set herself the task of rehabilitating a 10-hectare former chestnut grove, a symbol of Cévennes heritage.
