Le Caveau de Bacchus is an independent wine cellar created in 1980. It offers a wide range of spirits and wines. All regions are represented. You will find exceptional wines and everyday wines.
Since 2011, the Caveau de Bacchus has established itself as the region's anchor in terms of alcohol by offering a real selection of spirits: about a hundred whiskies, fifty rums, cognacs and armagnacs with old vintages, calvados, gins, fruit brandies, marcs, vodkas, tequila and other aniseed flavored drinks (pastis and absinthes).... but also champagnes, gift boxes, business gifts, wine accessories, foie gras...
As far as wines are concerned, you will find wines made with the cleanest viticulture possible. More than 90% of the range is organic, biodynamic or natural (the label is not an obligation, only the quality of the work of the winemaker counts). The winegrowers of the Cevennes are particularly highlighted since they represent the major part of the Languedoc selection of the cellar.
The owner of the place is at your disposal for any particular request such as family celebrations, association events, company gifts or wine lists for catering professionals.
Le Caveau de Bacchus is affiliated to the Federation of Independent Wine Merchants (FCI). Mathieu Pibarot is a Master Cavist since 2020.
