Winemaker Jérôme Pépin introduces visitors to the Cévennes territory's PGI wines through his different ranges, and shares his way of working. With organic farming certification and the implementation of agro-ecological practices, he aims to bring life back to the soil, promote biodiversity and adapt his vines to climate change.
All these practices can be discovered on educational panels scattered along the circuits laid out through the plots of the family estate.
