Domaine Clau du Sol is a family vineyard cultivated using organic methods, with no inputs. Loïc Bérard de Malavas harvests most of his grapes by hand. Don't hesitate to visit the winery and taste the IGP Cévennes wines.

In the heart of the Cévennes Piedmont, Loïc works his vines as naturally as possible. Spontaneous weeding, controlled by his animals: sheep that graze in winter and dwarf pigs that scratch the soil in spring. The animals also produce manure to feed the vines.

Immerse yourself in the history of Domaine Clau du Sol, where Loïc, a passionate young winemaker, combines tradition and innovation in the heart of the Cévennes. After experiences around the world, he returned to his roots to cultivate vineyards in harmony with nature. Thanks to organic practices and meticulous harvesting, he creates authentic wines that truly reflect this exceptional terroir. Loïc vinifies by gravity and without the use of inputs to express the Cévennes terroir as simply as possible.
