Mystère mijoté is an artisanal cannery for local fruit and vegetables. Elsa transforms with passion, seeking out flavor combinations to create products for young and old alike. The products come from healthy, sustainable farming on their own farm and from selected growers, as well as being wild-picked. Current production: Jam, Chutneys, Confit , Tartinade , Syrup, Herbal teas, Juice Sales at local markets, direct from the workshop, in regional sales outlets, possibility of delivery
