Domaine Clau du Sol is a family vineyard cultivated using organic methods, with no inputs. Loïc Bérard de Malavas harvests most of his grapes by hand.
In the heart of the Cévennes Piedmont, Loïc works his vines as naturally as possible. Spontaneous weeding, controlled by his animals: sheep that graze in winter and dwarf pigs that scratch the soil in spring.
The animals also produce manure to feed the vines.
Loïc vinifies by gravity and without the use of inputs, in order to express the Cévennes terroir as simply as possible.
Don't hesitate to visit the winery and taste our white, rosé and red wines.
