Very proud to produce 6 varieties of honey very different from each other and especially local: honey of Garrigue, acacia honey, chestnut honey, lavender honey, mountain honey and fir tree honey, all honeys are made within 35 km from the farm and are unheated.
The chestnut honey won the gold medal at the Gard Gourmand competition in 2021.
You will also be offered fresh pollen, propolis and brew.
Raphaël raises and cooks no less than 200,000 snails each year (from the egg to the plate, he says), prepared with fresh products and amazing recipes.
The snails are raised in the open air in outdoor parks rich in vegetation cover and fitted out with sticky surfaces where the gastropods can grow in peace and shelter from the sun.
They are collected each year to be cooked on the spot with different recipes all as greedy: recipe aperitif to be piched or to be spread, with the Provençal, short-boiled, candied, buttered snails in the shell or in a cookie.
Something to delight all snail lovers.
A chalet-boutique with parking allows to welcome you on appointment in which a glassed hive allows you to see the bees evolve and who knows, you may have the chance to see the queen.
A tasting of honey is offered to you, you will be able to appreciate the aromatic power of these honey of vintage.
