The artisanal pastry shop Au Petit Bonheur offers homemade products, traditional pastries, more sophisticated cakes, ice cream and chocolates for Easter and Christmas. Walk through the door and discover a world of delicacies.

Their specialities won medals at the Gard gourmand competition: La Modestine, Fondant à la Châtaigne and Les Sacristains. They use local products such as chestnut honey from a Saint Jean du Gard beekeeper and chestnut flour from Saint Etienne Vallée Française. The house specialty "La Modestine", a tribute to R.L. Stevenson and his "Voyage avec un âne dans les Cévennes", is a shortbread with chestnut honey, hazelnut, almond cream and red fruit compote. They also offer a varied selection of cakes, some gluten-free, chocolate bonbons, ice creams to take away or in cones in summer, and gourmet viennoiseries. For weddings and christenings, they make pièces montées and American-style cakes, as well as birthday cakes and chocolate molds for Easter and Christmas. A real treat for the taste buds.
