The beer route

The UBC is the “officialization” of the exceptional friendship and solidarity that unites the region’s brewers.
Since 2016, this association represents the sharing and exchange of knowledge of a specific know-how that characterizes this sector.
Far from competitive approaches, the UBC favors collaboration, the creation of festive or promotional events. The group wants to promote hop growing, but also – and this is the big project for the coming years – to relocate and control their supply of organic malted barley thanks to a partnership with Cévennes farmers.

The Militant du Goût initiative has been promoting the Gard region’s gastronomic heritage since 2002, by identifying a network of products of excellence. The aim is to promote short circuits and highlight local know-how.
In order to enrich the offer of players committed to quality local products produced in an environmentally-friendly way, the Militant du Goût approach is launching the beer sector and organizing a route to discover its different addresses
