Energy renovation
Limited to 12 structures.
Faced with the rising cost of energy and the aging of tourist structures, which require major renovations to reduce their energy consumption, accommodation providers have a real need for information in this area.
Cévennes Tourisme is calling on the CCI for an awareness workshop and personalized support as part of the implementation of a new CCI “Energy Renovation” support developed throughout Occitania, with the support of the Region and ADEME. Any tertiary company that has an energy renovation project for its professional tertiary premises (offices, warehouses, hotels, restaurants, lodgings…) of less than 1000 m2 is eligible. All establishments with a SIRET are eligible for this personalized support. The CCI Gard offers this support 100% supported by the Occitania Region and ADEME. The proposed support will allow to make a complete point on the renovation project of the company, to evaluate the works to be considered as well as the mobilizable financial aids.
Program of the morning in two steps:
1) Collective awareness:
– Presentation of the operation and the follow-up for the energy renovation
– Need to reduce your energy consumption? Key things to know
– Questions and answers
2) Focus on structures for personalized answers

How to reconcile coolness and energy sobriety in summer?
The CPIE du Gard (House of Nature and Environment) proposes during this morning to address together what are the solutions that can be brought in a building to improve thermal comfort in summer: to protect oneself from solar radiation and heat, and how to properly choose its cooling/air conditioning systems. It will also be discussed other concepts such as for example the limitation of internal contributions or the bioclimatic principle.
To complete this morning and turn to the outside, we propose a meeting with Gabriel Faucon, from the Urban Environment Pole, responsible for the municipal greenhouses.
