Anne Marie and Serge invite you to experience a complete change of scenery in one of 5 roulottes nestled in the hills above Anduze.

It all starts with a dream… that of Serge, a fairground art collector who falls for an authentic gypsy caravan from the 60s, “la Tzarine”. Anne-Marie, offered him the ideal space to install it and welcome guests in a preserved setting… Their shared passion led them to expand this unusual collection.

Each roulotte has a soul and is the object of particular attention.Thanks to Serge Joliot’s experience and intuition, the decoration is designed to be as faithful as possible to the history of these little itinerant houses.

Garage and café for decades, this iconic spot in the small Cevennes town has today become an atypical venue.

At the bar, we keep it authentic, here we chat!With its terrace overlooking the Plan de Brie, the café reconnects with its roots and weaves a real social link between Anduziens and passing visitors.

Inside you’ll discover a magnificent hangar, with a vintage decor made up of objects unearthed from the region’s secondhand dealers. In summer, the restaurant boasts a lovely garden terrace, inviting you to sit back and enjoy quality dishes.Here, 80% of products are organically grown and additive-free. The wine list is made up of local references.
